My new SUPER KAWAII iPad case!! ^^

I'm taking my iPad to Tokyo with me so I can blog to you lovely Kawaiisters and have been looking for a kawaii case especially for our trip. Mr had an idea that had us return to a seller I have reviewed here before, Head Case!

This time I didn't buy any of their premade cases, we decided to create our very own Life in the Kawaii Lane case! And it turned out AWESOME!!!

You may recognise the print! It's the pic from my blog's header!!! This is a pic I took of all the plushes we brought back with us the last time we visited Japan and we love it and it looks so super Kawaii on the new case!!

We are super impressed with the quality of the print and are so happy we did this! The price was only £12 and for the price SOOOOO worth it!

If you're struggling to find a super kawaii case, why not make your own at Head Case?! The shipping was quick and was a super smooth experience! Just like the first time!

A spot of kawaii shopping! ^^

Now that we have our money saved for our holiday, I have been able to pick up some super Kawaii items I've spotted while shopping in Birmingham City Centre. The first place I visited was the recently opened Models Own booth in the Bullring.

They had a good deal on, 5 items for £20 so I used this as a chance to grab some new varnishes for my holiday. I picked up three of my favourite colours, which feature heavily in my clothing that I'll be taking on holiday:

These are (from left to right) Turquoise Sea, Lilac Dream and Sun Hat. They are gorgeous shades and will go perfectly with my outfits! I also picked up this lipstick:

This is Cerise Bloom! It's a really bright shade and is semi matt. I also picked up a HyperGel gel effect top coat to put on top of non HyperGel varnishes that I have:

Not a bad haul for £20! And the assistants at the booth are super helpful and friendly!

Next I picked up a new Thierry Mugler perfume. I am a huge Thierry Hugler fan and have quite a large collection, maybe I should do a post on them?! Anyway, this is a super Kawaii fragrance:

This is Angel Eau Sucrée which means Sweet Water and is a sweet based fragrance. The packaging looks like an old skool sweetie bag which I love! Inside, as is normal with Angel, the bottle is star shaped, but this fragrance has a sugar like texture around the sides of the bottle to reinforce the sweetie theme:

I love this fragrance! <3 It's sweet smelling and super kawaii.

Next, as I was picking up some TsumTsums for my niece's birthday, I got this really cute Minnie Mouse pencil case:

It's as kawaii as her TsumTsum! It was sold as a pencil case but to be honest you could use this to hold any kawaii bits you have!

The last bits I bought were these super Kawaii Lala Loopsy Tinies!

These are tiny versions of the dolls they sell, but they have been created with holes through them so they can be threaded onto a necklace!!! How KAWAII is that!! You can buy a set with thread but I have just bought these as I already have chains at home that I can use!

Here is a close up of each set so you can see which dolls are available:

If you're a regular reader you may spot tiny versions of some of the dolls I actually own! BONUS!

Anyway, that's my lot! I will post pics on my social media pages of what these look like on necklaces, and the surprise dolls I get inside the surprise pods on each set!

Aladdin TsumTsums! ^^

My TsumTsum collection is getting bigger by the month! Last month's collection released by the Disney Store was Aladdin themed! I LOVE ALADDIN so Mr surprised me with the complete collection!

There're 8 TsumTsums in the collection and each one is sooooo KAWAII!!! Here is Princess Jasmine and her sweetheart Aladdin:

I love the detail on the plushes even being so small!! Here's Princess Jasmine, her Dad The Sultan and her pet tiger Rajah:

Don't they just look super Kawaii!!! I love the details on The Sultan's hat! Here is Aladdin, Abu and  Genie:

And finally (boooooooo) it's Jafar and Iago!

They may be evil, but they're still cute!! ^^

I can't wait to see what TsumTsums they have available in Tokyo Disney!! Make sure you check out my Instagram, Twitter and Facebook if you want to see what I find on my trip!

Seller Review - JapanLA

I've been a little quiet recently as we have been beavering away trying to find super kawaii items for our trip to Tokyo in a few weeks' time but I'm finally catching up on telling you about a few items we have found!

Today's post is an item we have been trying to find for EVER!!! You would think kawaii camera straps would be in abundance but you'd be wrong! But we have finally found a super kawaii camera strap from JapanLA:

JapanLA is an American store that sells loads of kawaii pop culture clothing, accessories and character goods. They also do lots of exclusive lines with special brands like Sanrio that you can only buy from them. I stumbled across this strap as I was checking out their Little Twin Stars goods, and even though it was quite expensive, it was worth it!

The strap is an adjustable one and is super comfy around my neck, so I can feel kawaii as well as look it as we stroll round the streets of Tokyo!

The strap has a super kawaii pattern on the outer side of the strap and is lilac on the inner side. It fits perfectly with my favourite colours! Heres a close up of the pattern:

It's covered in the words Twinkle Twinkle, stars and super kawaii animals, as well as Kiki and Lala! I am so happy we found this and I think it's going to last me a long time too!

From a customer's point of view, this was an expensive item and it did cost quite a bit to ship. I have no problem with being hit with import duty as I take it as a given when I buy from places like America. I do, however, feel that the cost of shipping was far more than I have paid any other seller or brand I have shipped in from America. I also found that you couldn't see how much shipping was going to cost you until you had almost completed the purchasing part. If you are going to purchase anything from them, make it count! I will be going back, but I will definitely keep the shipping (and import duty) in mind when I do.

All in all the item got here very quickly and, to us, was worth the price as it's the only branded super kawaii strap we've found! Check out JapanLA's online shop for other super Kawaii items!!
